Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges
